Terms<\/h2>\n<p>Goods \u2014 personal body-armor protective equipment, gear and related goods presented on the Site. Order \u2014 a request placed by the Customer to purchase Goods. Site \u2014 https:\/\/ukrainianarmor.com\/.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Subject of the contract. Price<\/h2>\n<p>3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the Customer's ownership, and the Customer \u2014 to accept and pay for them. 3.2. Prices are indicated in hryvnia. The Seller has the right to change prices until the moment the Order is placed; the price of a placed Order does not change.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Order placement procedure<\/h2>\n<p>4.1. An Order is placed through the Site's cart or other indicated channels. 4.2. The Customer provides accurate data (full name, phone, delivery address) and is responsible for its accuracy.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Payment<\/h2>\n<p>5.1. Payment methods are listed on the \"Order, payment and delivery\" page. 5.2. Payment by transfer is made to the Seller's details (clause 1). 5.3. The moment of payment is the crediting of funds to the Seller's account.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>6.1. Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta or other carriers at their rates, unless otherwise indicated. 6.2. The risk of accidental loss of the Goods passes to the Customer from the moment the Goods are handed over to the carrier\/Customer.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Returns and exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>7.1. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine \"On the Protection of Consumer Rights\": goods of proper quality can be returned\/exchanged within 14 days, provided the presentation, consumer properties and proof of payment are preserved, except for goods not subject to exchange under the law. 7.2. The procedure is on the \"Returns and exchanges\" page.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Warranties and liability<\/h2>\n<p>8.1. The Goods correspond to the description on the Site and the manufacturer's documents. 8.2.
