In accordance with the Law of Ukraine \"On the Protection of Consumer Rights\", you can return or exchange a purchased product of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days (not counting the day of purchase) from the moment of its receipt at the company's warehouse, at Ukrainian Armor stores, or at a Nova Poshta branch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Proper quality of a product is a property of the product that meets the requirements established for this category of products in regulatory legal acts and\/or the terms of the Contract (the Public Offer Agreement).<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Please note that returns\/exchanges can be made for any ordered product, except ceramic<\/span> plates of DSTU protection Level 4, 5 and 6. After ceramic armor plate<\/span>s are received at the company's warehouse, <\/span>a store or a Nova Poshta branch, such plates are not subject to return or exchange.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The return or exchange of a product is carried out by returning the purchased product to the Seller, with the subsequent return to the Buyer of funds in the amount paid when purchasing the product that the Buyer returns to the Seller. To do this, you need to:<\/b><\/p>\r\n

Returns<\/b>
\r\n<\/b>1. Notify the Seller of the intention to return the product. To do this, contact the Seller's support service via the chat on the site, by phone at 0800332032, in any convenient messenger, or at the email address info@ukrainianarmor.com.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

2. Taking into account the payment method for your order, fill out the refund request letter, the template of which was sent along with your order. An electronic version of the template can be obtained by contacting the support service in one of the ways indicated in the previous point. For orders paid by card on the site, the request letter is not mandatory.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

3. Send the product marked \"Ukrainian Armor\" together with all accompanying markings of the product via Nova Poshta to the delivery department at the address provided to you by the Seller's authorized person, and provide in response the waybill (TTN) number of the shipment.<\/p>\r\n

Exchange<\/b>
\r\n<\/span>1. To exchange a product for another (a product with a different SKU), you need to process a return of the purchased product in the manner indicated above in the \"Returns\" section and place an order (purchase) for the required product.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Before returning a product, please make sure that: <\/b>
\r\n<\/b>1. The product has not been used, has not undergone structural changes and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, cuts, scuffs, odors, etc.;<\/span>
\r\n<\/span>2. The product's presentation and consumer properties are preserved; <\/span>
\r\n<\/span>3. The product's completeness is intact;<\/span>
\r\n<\/span>4. All labels and factory markings of the product are preserved.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

The established 14 (fourteen)-day period for returning and exchanging purchased products does not apply to products that were used for other than their intended purpose and\/or that were damaged as a result of improper use or intentionally.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Refunds are made in one of the following ways, depending on how the order was paid:<\/b>
\r\n<\/span> \u2013 If payment was made directly on the site by Visa\/MasterCard, the funds will be returned within 5 (five) business days to the card used for payment;<\/span>
\r\n<\/span>\u2013 If payment was made by bank details to the current account of LLC <\/span>\"Ukrainian Armor\"<\/span> or at a branch of LLC <\/span>\u00ab<\/span>Nova Poshta<\/span>\u00bb<\/span> (cash-on-delivery service upon receipt), you need to prepare a refund request letter, the template of which was sent along with your order, and send it to the email address <\/span>info@ukrainianarmor.com<\/span><\/a> or to any convenient messenger. An electronic copy of the letter can be obtained by contacting support;<\/span><\/p>\r\n

- If the product was purchased in a store <\/span>\u00ab<\/span>Ukrainian Armor<\/span>\u00bb<\/span>, returns of products and refunds for them are made in that same store, with a fiscal receipt, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days<\/span> (not counting the day of purchase)<\/span>.<\/span>

Please note that claims regarding the completeness and integrity of a product purchased with delivery by Nova Poshta LLC are not accepted after receipt of the order at a Nova Poshta branch. Verification of the quantity and integrity of the products must be carried out at the Nova Poshta branch according to the rules of the Nova Poshta company. If a discrepancy in the product is discovered at the branch, you should refuse to accept such an order.<\/b><\/p>\r\n

The cost of returning an order to the Ukrainian Armor warehouse is paid by the Buyer according to Nova Poshta's rates, except when:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u2013 The received product (product SKU) doesn't match what was ordered;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n

\u2013 The received product doesn't match its description on the company's site, is defective, or has a significant structural defect that makes it impossible to use as intended.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Under the two conditions above, the Seller covers the return cost.<\/span><\/p>\r\n
