Official company statement

Dear friends, customers, partners!

The Ukrainian Armor company is a domestic manufacturer of modern technological body armor with a 9-year history that began during the Revolution of Dignity. Patriotism and the desire to help and protect as many people as possible were and are the foundation of our activity — from the Maidan to this day. Honesty and transparency were and are the foundation of our activity — both within the team and toward the people for whom we create body armor. 

 

From the first days of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the russian federation, our company has provided comprehensive assistance and support in the fight against the occupier; our colleagues defend the Homeland in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the first period from the moment of the full-scale invasion, as long as it was possible for us, the company's activity was conducted on a charitable basis, when we were able to provide over 50 thousand sets of body armor at cost price, that is, without profit for the company. In parallel with this, we preserve jobs, financially support members of the team who have suffered from the fighting, and contribute to the development of the economy as a Ukrainian company. 

 

We officially declare that we conduct our activity as a Ukrainian manufacturing company and taxpayer exclusively within the legal field and in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including tax legislation. This format is a matter of principle and is non-negotiable for us. 

 

Let us remember that any potential information attacks, accusations or statements based on such accusations are considered premature and illegitimate without corresponding decisions that have entered into legal force, and will be refuted in the near future. Manipulative interpretation, as well as the dissemination of knowingly false information, is considered defamation and is punishable by law, since it can cause harm to dignity, honor and business reputation, which are protected by our legislation.

 

We call on you to observe information hygiene and not to spread unverified or fake interpretations of information regarding the company's work.
