If additional questions arise, we're in touch with you in the chat on our website, in the Telegram chat, in messengers and by phone at 0800332032 (free from the number of any mobile operator in Ukraine) on the following schedule:

Mon–Fri 8:00–21:00 and Sat–Sun 10:00–19:00.

Orders are shipped by Nova Poshta at the recipient's expense in accordance with the carrier's rates throughout Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories. Please note that some Nova Poshta branches and pickup points have restrictions on weight and cash-on-delivery amount. You can view the current restrictions and the list of operating Nova Poshta branches on the carrier's website.

You can pay for orders on our website in several ways:

Online on the site from your card account;
By transfer to bank details;
Cash on delivery upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch.

Also, when placing an order on the site or in our offline stores, you can use the "Pay in Parts" service from monobank.

Shipping of products with the status "In stock" takes place on the next business day after payment of the order (after the funds arrive you'll receive a letter confirming the status of your payment, and you'll also see the change in your order's status on the tracking page on our website).

Please note that the manufacturing and/or delivery times indicated on the site are approximate: in some cases there is a possibility of delay due to objective circumstances beyond our control (for example, a supplier's delay in materials for making our products, queues at customs during their delivery, etc.).

In the event of a change in your order's delivery time, you'll receive a letter with information at your email address, and you'll also be able to additionally track the timing on the tracking page. For our part, we have done and will do everything to find solutions to these issues as quickly as possible.
