Public Offer Agreement

Sole Proprietor Yelyzaveta Serhiivna Shuturma (RNOKPP 3672803926), hereinafter — the "Seller", offers any legally capable natural or legal person (the "Customer") to purchase goods through the website https://ukrainianarmor.com/ under the terms of this public offer. The contract is concluded in accordance with Articles 633, 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" of 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII. Placing an order is a full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Contract.

2. Terms

Goods — personal body-armor protective equipment, gear and related goods presented on the Site. Order — a request placed by the Customer to purchase Goods. Site — https://ukrainianarmor.com/.

3. Subject of the contract. Price

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods into the Customer's ownership, and the Customer — to accept and pay for them. 3.2. Prices are indicated in hryvnia. The Seller has the right to change prices until the moment the Order is placed; the price of a placed Order does not change.

4. Order placement procedure

4.1. An Order is placed through the Site's cart or other indicated channels. 4.2. The Customer provides accurate data (full name, phone, delivery address) and is responsible for its accuracy.

5. Payment

5.1. Payment methods are listed on the "Order, payment and delivery" page. 5.2. Payment by transfer is made to the Seller's details (clause 1). 5.3. The moment of payment is the crediting of funds to the Seller's account.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta or other carriers at their rates, unless otherwise indicated. 6.2. The risk of accidental loss of the Goods passes to the Customer from the moment the Goods are handed over to the carrier/Customer.

7. Returns and exchanges

7.1. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights": goods of proper quality can be returned/exchanged within 14 days, provided the presentation, consumer properties and proof of payment are preserved, except for goods not subject to exchange under the law. 7.2. 8. Warranties and liability

8.1. The Goods correspond to the description on the Site and the manufacturer's documents. 8.2. The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the Goods.

9. Personal data

9.1. By placing an Order, the Customer gives consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" for the purpose of fulfilling the Order. The controller of the personal data is the Seller (Sole Proprietor Ye. S. Shuturma).

10. Force majeure. Disputes. Term of validity

10.1. The Parties are released from liability in force majeure circumstances. 10.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if agreement is not reached — in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. 10.3. The Contract is valid from the moment of acceptance until the full fulfillment of the Parties' obligations.
